Private & Public Sector Partnership Commercial Property Advice
Teal Park
Acting for Lincoln based property developer and investor, Taylor Lindsey, Sam Elkington brought together a complex skill set over a period of 5 years to help deliver Lincoln’s premier employment park. Initially a 22 acre employment site located adjacent to the A46 Bypass, Sam was able to bring together both the Private and Public Sector to enable the land allocation to increase to over 90 acres as well as harness significant infrastructure improvements to ensure the retaining of the City’s largest employer – Siemens – in a bespoke new servicing facility and also creating major opportunities for businesses seeking to expand and also relocate.
Negotiations included embracing all levels of public bodies, from Parish to District and County Councils along with other Public Sector bodies including Highways and Water Authorities and other Utility bodies.
Subsequently, following the delivery of Teal Park as Lincoln’s main serviced employment park new occupiers have been introduced and terms negotiated with occupiers such as Jaguar Land Rover’s new main dealership premises. Both freehold and leasehold deals have been negotiated.
