About Us

Boothby Property Consultancy has been formed by Sam Elkington to continue providing an extensive set of personal professional property services to both existing and new clients throughout the County of Lincolnshire.

Having held the Senior Partner position in Hodgson Elkington LLP, a company created by him over 30 years ago and which became the pre-eminent commercial property practice throughout Lincolnshire, Sam ran and grew that business with fellow partners before a sale of the same to Lambert Smith Hampton in 2016. Sam is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).

Having completed four years as a Director in their Planning, Development and Regeneration Division, Sam has moved on to continue to practice throughout the County and the East Midlands helping his strong base of existing local and national clients to maximise the opportunities and returns on their property interests.

Now as an independent consultant, Sam is active in the disciplines described on this website with his existing client base and welcomes new clients and opportunities.
