Sam Elkington, initially working with other local professionals, identified the local need and opportunity to create a property syndicate which could purchase commercial property investments, hold the same and effectively create a secure income for investors who either could not afford to or did not want to purchase the investments outright.

Since that first acquisition the requirement for future purchases to be dealt with in a regulated format was identified and so the Lincoln Property Syndicate was formed being run and operated by other professionals. Sam now acts as LPS’s retained agent and to date has acquired 8 such schemes which vary from local convenience stores through to multi-let industrial estates. Other acquisitions are currently being negotiated for future syndication and opportunities are being actively sought.
