Once this had been provided a marketing campaign was devised for this 77 room block of accommodation which was let to Bishop Grossteste University on a formal lease and a national series of advertisements  were placed along with a comprehensive digital and web marketing exercise.

Significant interest was achieved during the marketing campaign and a sale was subsequently negotiated with an overseas purchaser represented by specialist London based investment agents.

The key skills utilised in this exercise, were the identifying of the correct level of likely realisation price and the creation of a strategy to achieve this along with an appropriate marketing campaign followed  by negotiation skills and guidance through the legal sale process.
